This started with a property manager.

Before starting Luxe Cleaning LLC, I worked as a property manager. I know how much a clean, ready apartment matters when a new resident is moving in—and how frustrating it is when the cleaning falls short.

In 2021, I spoke with a property manager who was unhappy with her current cleaners. I recognized the problem and started Luxe to provide the kind of dependable service I had wanted on the property management side. Since then, I’ve built a small team of well-trained cleaners who handle apartment turnovers, extensive deep cleans, hallways, and shared spaces. Our work has also grown to include offices and other buildings, including work with the City of Cincinnati.

That property management experience still shapes how we work: we pay attention to the details, communicate about the scope, and understand the deadlines behind every clean.
